  Good customer service and the staff really understood what I was looking for. I recommend them highly. They're always great at last minute appointments and always friendly and chatty.

  I first visited Freedom hair in July (2015) and had a disastrous haircut but the way the manager Lou handled it I decided that I would go back. I returned yesterday (28th August) and the Manager Helen cut and coloured my hair. I could not have been happier. Helen was acutely aware of what had happened, she listened, reassured me and regularly checked in to see that I was happy, which I was, VERY.
  
  Everyone has bad days or makes mistakes, it's unfortunate when it happens to hair because you can't hide it, but the way a business deals with a complaint says everything about its culture and attitude to the customer.
  
  Helen and Lou - thank you for restoring my faith, I'm glad I returned and I will be back.
